This place is a 10 out of 10, for me going to Guanacaste and not going through a leche dormida with a potato or chicken pastry is not going, this is a mandatory stop.

We stopped here for a quick snack on our way to La Fortuna to enjoy their famous Sleeping Milk flavored with vanilla and cinnamon. It was as delicious as everyone says. We also grabbed a couple of their black bean and ham savory pastries, which were also delicious (I recommend also getting the spicy chili salsa on the side for added flavor).

The dormant milk remains just as good over time, the price is very reasonable and accessible. Customer service is very good. The place is quite cozy and the decoration is excellent
